Try before you pay

Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with full access to GOATBot's features. Use the trial to confirm it works for your setup and your account before you're charged anything — this is intentionally your main way to evaluate GOATBot risk-free.

Cancelling during the trial

Cancel any time before the 7-day trial ends and you won't be charged — just contact us and we'll cancel it for you.

Refunds after you've been charged

Because you get a full 7 days to test GOATBot before any payment is taken, your annual subscription charge is generally non-refundable once the trial ends and your first payment processes. We'll review refund requests case by case for genuine billing errors (e.g. a duplicate charge) or if the extension was materially broken for you during a paid period — contact us and we'll take a look.

Payment processing

Purchases are processed through Gumroad, not billed by us directly. Gumroad's own buyer policies may also apply to your purchase — see Gumroad's terms for details on how they handle payments and disputes on their end.

How to request a refund

Reach out on Discord or at support@futsnipebot.com with your order details and what happened. We aim to respond as quickly as we can.
