1. What GOATBot is

GOATBot is a Chrome extension that automates buying and relisting players on the EA FC Ultimate Team transfer market, based on filters and price limits you configure. GOATBot is an independent, third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to EA Sports.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be able to form a binding contract to use GOATBot, and you're responsible for the EA account you use it with, for keeping your GOATBot login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Free trial and subscription

New users get a 7-day free trial. Continued use after the trial requires an active annual subscription, which covers the currently supported EA FC titles and extends automatically to the next title's Ultimate Team Web App once we add support for it, at no extra charge. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Gumroad, and are subject to Gumroad's own terms in addition to these. See our Refund Policy for how billing and refunds work.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license or account access with others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension beyond what's permitted by open-source licenses we've published
• Use GOATBot to interfere with, overload, or attack EA's services or any other third-party system
• Use GOATBot for any unlawful purpose

5. Risk of using third-party automation with EA FC

Using any third-party tool that automates actions on the EA FC Ultimate Team transfer market carries risk under EA's own terms of service, up to and including account suspension or ban, entirely at EA's discretion. This risk exists independently of GOATBot and applies to any automation tool. You use GOATBot with this risk fully understood and accepted. 6. No warranty

GOATBot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any particular trading outcome, profit, or number of successful snipes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GOATBot, including loss of in-game currency, items, or your EA account, however caused.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GOATBot if you violate these terms. You can stop using GOATBot and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GOATBot after an update means you accept the revised terms.
